At Mew Mews Womenswear, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Mew Mews tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
